Affogato with nutella ice cream from Dripp

Pistachio cake and ube ice cream.

I don’t have a recipe for Ube ice cream. Just go to to the frozen dessert section of an asian market. But the pistachio cake is just yellow cake mix with pistacho pudding mix! Doesn’t sound fancy but its GOOD!
